New England PharmAssociates, LLC was founded to provide advisory and management services to life sciences organizations.

Our mission is to help life sciences entrepreneurs, management teams and investors to optimize asset value with the most efficient expenditures of capital and time.

Our Partners have nearly 50 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical R&D as scientists, executives and entrepreneurs. Our professional experience has included positions in companies ranging from the biggest of Big Pharma to start-up concept, providing unique insights into the successful, efficient development of life sciences assets. In addition, our Associates Team is comprised of remarkably accomplished professionals and executives with extensive and varied backgrounds within their respective areas of expertise.

New England PharmAssociates, LLC was created in 2009, initially to provide research and consulting services to the Melbourne Australia based buyer of the assets of MaxThera,Inc., a drug discovery company co-founded by our Partners. Following successful transition of assets to the buyer's portfolio, we've expanded advisory resources and services to benefit new clients and dedicated our fully equipped laboratories to help launch the Biotech Innoventures unit of the North Shore InnoVentures Center.
